  • Non-personalised Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Personalised Goods cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Defective Goods

  • If any Goods supplied are found to be defective, the Customer must inform the Company within 30 days of receipt.
  • The Company will repair, replace, or refund defective Goods at its discretion.
